At Southern Scribble, we offer two different versions of personalized sign alternatives.

You can write text and design your own LED neon sign using the CREATE YOUR OWN feature on our website. You can select your font, color, and size using the CREATE YOUR OWN tool. Along with selecting our backdrop features, you can choose whether to use an indoor or outdoor sign. Please be aware that the length and size will match the font you select and the layout of your text. You can provide any additional information you would like the team to know, as well as any special notes, with the CREATE YOUR OWN tool. We will assess your order once you have completed the CREATE YOUR OWN LED neon sign process on the website. We will then get your design, and one of our team members will mock it up so you may check the details and any particular instructions. We will send you a proof email as a favor so you can double-check that you enjoy your LED neon sign. You will have the opportunity to respond to the email, but if we do not hear from you or there is nothing to modify, you will be relieved to know that we will send your design to manufacture after 12 hours.

The second type of custom neon sign we create is for businesses and specific designs. This option allows you to create business logos, images, and any other specific design elements or requests you wish to include in your sign. The entire process, from start to finish, is handled by our custom design department, which will assign you an account manager and a designer to complete your personalized sign. This option provides much more detailed information, and we believe that if you have a concept for a sign, we can create it. This process may take somewhat longer because each step is confirmed and discussed with you to ensure you receive the LED neon sign of your dreams.

Our turnaround time is usually 2 weeks from the time you submit your order. 1 week for production, and 1 week for shipping. Please note that we cannot speed up this process and we do not offer rush orders or shipping.

Yes! We take pride in offering our neon sign customers a free one year warranty with their purchase for any indoor sign. If the sign is an outdoor sign, it includes a free 2-year warranty.
